Really shouldn't be mixing regular grease with silicon fluid. Simple die electric grease works just fine for shock building, and has no I'll effect on the orings or shock fluid. If tour using a mineral oil based shock oil, then you should be using a regular grease.

my problem is not being able to buy in portugal ... so i'm asking. is that when it is mounted the piston does not slide smoothly and the oring is above the surface, tomorrow I will try again ...: /

make sure there's no rough edges on the plastic piston?...an make sure shock shaft is straight ?
