i got a email saying my props been sent from the usa so a couple of weeks i should have that

ive got some patching to do, and i need to expoxy the stuffing tube in again as it was broken off with shipping, no big deal, i just ordered a Futaba R603FS 3-Channel FASST Receiver since i just sold my 50 inch apache that i just got yesterday in the post.

well its all coming along now i should have all the items here with in the next 10 days to get it in the water, i might just need a bell crank for the throttle and im good to go.

im hopping with the stock rcmk evo, 6617-400-LL prop and a qd hot pipe with internal stringer this thing will do 55 mph, i quess time will tell

im keen to run it and see how it goes, if i realy like it i might spend a bit more on a stronger motor.

ive hit a slow point with the seaducer cat, im making some changes and doing some wheeling and dealing, i was goign to by some thing realy nice from the states but the deal didnt work out, so ive decided to go all out in a way and try to do a decent job on this cat, im going to totaly refit the boat myself and have ordered a ship load of new gear.

the engine mounts turned up today, the prop should be here very soon, i also ordered a twin puick up rudder, new strut, new stuffing tubes, a couple of digital serovs, picco, new push rods, new alloy radio box seal mounts, sedtec memoery tacho, billet tach mount, alloy servo mounts, new drive shaft and running gear, new cowel locks, volt watch, plus a heap of other building suplies and spares, this was goign to be a cheap cat to get on the water quickly, but ive had a change of plan and im going to use it to learn as much as i can and have some fun.

it will be a good 3 to 5 weeks befor i can get any running vid,s still colleting all the stuff needed, well ive broguth it all, jsut waiting on delivery the motor will be 2 to 3 weeks off as quick draw are out of stock, but i was still happy to pay for it now

yesterday, i picked up some epoxy for the new stuffing tubes and some velcro for the reciver and battery pack.

while waiting for the motor ill be able to refit the servo mounts, install the alloy radio box seal mounts and redo the push rods and replace the bell crank and and do a bit of polishing on the alloy parts.

I had 5 mins to kill yesterday so i made up a new water fitting to run the boat on land for its first start and to give it a quick low end tune while on land befor its first outing.

i call this one on land water cooling v3.0 i added another water nipple since the cat will now have a dual rudder pick up for the quick draw 25 ht motor.
