I would assume that the rear left tire probably gets quite a bit of exhaust residue on it from this pipe? Do the exhaust brackets weaken the chassis due to it getting drilled into?

No, not really. It might if your running really rich.

The brackets do not weaken the chassis.

how heavy is the dom pipe ? does it hold up to jumping truck the cpi pipe seems to heavy at 3 lbs and don't like way mounts to shock tower. noticed it is close to pull starter and battery box does it get to hot and melt these areas and can you still have access to battery box with out removing pipe? maybe looking to sell my cpi pipe cheap and get one these if they hold up really good for bashing

I love my Dom pipe and it doesn't throw the truck off balance when jumping. As for heat it doesn't get anything hot. You can still get to battery box and everything else just fine.

is a cy and a hy take same fan cover its for a rampage mt? the pipe is showing up as 114.00 in cart so want order it but need fan cover too

how powerful is the dom pipe better then cpi? or about the same? how is the x-can ? looking at one of the 2 cause im not happy with cpi in weight , where mounts are on shock tower and its longer then bumper looking for something has a lot low end power and isn't going to break something everytime have end over end crashes and something that is protected by either the roll cage or body

Performance between the pipes will be similar. The X-can will be less. The Dominator and Jetpro both mount to the chassis.

one last question how has yours held up in crashes and end over ends any problems ? are you using stock fan cover or doesn't it connect there besides the chassis also is it real loud?
