Owner gave me a call and told me the following.
-Close choke, try to start. It should sounds like it wants to start, but won't. Then open choke and it should start right up.
That is not the case.
They said I may have flooded the engine. So I took out the plug, turned the car upside down and nothing came out. Pulled plug out and pulled the pull start, nothing came out.
I verified the plug is good, it does spark.
I primed the bulb and it is filled with full. I've tried with choke open and closed. I'm pulling and pulling but keep getting nothing. I have been trying with the throttle at idle and full open.
As far as I can tell, there still is no fuel in the engine.
Any tips?
