Get a Rhino and call your steering servo issues done. Im finially getting one for my Proto Racer Baja. will fix the one 5745 i have in it now. send it and the dead one i have here for repair, sell both those when returned and the 3rd on i have here that i don't want any more, and get another Rhino for the Hooters baja. im done mucking around with steering servos, doing it the way i knew i should have from the start.

Sorry you said T/B servo. I would grab a JR Z9000T or JR Z9100T. you can get them for around 115.00 (same price as the Hitec) better servo, better power, better warrenty.

I have been getting hi torque servos (208 ounce) but they were cheap from hong kong , the last one I got off ebay from a guy called cheapservoman and that one was $38 and it worked for about 20 mins(He is sending me another one) but I think im gonna get a hitech servo, you guys seem to like those. and I just ordered a "killer bee" kill switch set up for my buggy (have you heard of them?) just hope it works ok with my specktrum

We can help you out on setting it up if you have issues.

Those are the ones I'm using. I just fitted a DS8711 in my model. The best overall torque servo I've had. The warranty is 3 years.

is there any high torque servos you would recommend in the $50 range?

I know its hard to spend cash on this hobby but when it comes to the electronics just do it. Get one of the JS's we note and worries will be over.
