Need Help with carburator and also if my oil chioce is ok?

hi everyone Im new to 1/5th scale, I ran nitro before and still do. Im wondering on the walboro carb 1107 which direction do you turn to richen the fuel mixture, is it left on the needles like nitro, because it bogs on fuel throttle after a couple of secounds on full throttle. also is my 2 stroke oil chioce good I use Echo power blend semi sythetic. let me know please and thank you.

I'd go for a motorcycle grade oil instead of that weedwacker stuff. And yes, right for rich, left for lean.
Edit: right for lean, left for rich, my bad.
