I know that you have narrowed down your search to Jetpro or the DDM Dom pipe but I would still recommend the Samba (see link below). It is a great allround pipe with plenty of power all over the rev range. Also the finish of the chrome version is fantasic (extremely nice welds for example) and the chrome is very thick so you don`t schratch it so easily.

Another thing is that the Samba do not mount in the gearplate as the Jetpro or Dom pipe do which casue stress on the actual engine and the mounts. Furthermore the Samba is a two piece pipe which also reduce the stress on the cylinder.

Last but not least the sound is great of this pipe. A bit like a 2 stroke pitbike. Not to loud but still loud enough to gain respect :)

I have attached a video so that you can hear the sound of this pipe below the link.

Tusen takk waqr, jeg skal kikke litt mer før jeg bestemmer meg ;);)

Thanks a lot waqr, I will researce it some more before I make up my mind ;);)

Inga problem, alltid kul att kunna hjälpa till eller som i det här fallet göra valet svårare :)

No problems, always good to be able to help out or as in this case make the decision even harder to make :)

From what I remember Samba is made with sound in mind. Tracks allow a certain amount of sound to qualify for racing. The MT Samba is not made with sound in mind but is a low end power pipe. The rest could perform better if they would design for all around usage instead of track usage and baffled. Is this still correct about the Sambas?

I have the Samba Marder pipe on my FG Monster and I think that it`s a great allround pipe. Hard to really tell where the power kicks in. The power is everywhere :)

I have also heard that the Samba pipes are mainly manufactured for racers because of the sound level. I can`t say anything regarding the performance in comparison with other pipes since this is the only pipe I have used on my FG.

As i wrote in another thread I ordered the 4x4 kit. Still waiting for that to arrive.
When I get the conversion ready, I think I will go for the samba pipe.
Had a offroad beetle many years ago with a samba pipe, and had no problem with that.

So I think Samba is my choice :):)

ive got the dom top end and jeptro v2 silenced, dom has more power but its super loud, too loud for me and my neighbours, jetpro is very similar in performance but has more mounting positions and more solid. I liked the jetpro so much I bought another one for my baja.

Yes, then it's ordered an payed for. I got the Jet-Pro Version 2 Silenced FG Monster Truck Pipe. As the 4x4 kit put a hole in my wallet I will wait and see what the jet-pro does with my FG. If I'm not satisfied I think I sell it, make a 200% win and order the Samba ;) Prices in norway are F'ed and this will sell for 500 dollars in norway ;)

awesome, i don't think you will be dissapointed in the jetpro, i went from the ddm to the jetpro and noticed the smallest of drops dop end but better of the line.

Great choice J-Revo. I think that you will be very happy with that pipe. Don`t forget to post some pictures when you get the pipe!

Recived the tuned pipe today, and I'm very happy with both the pipe and DDM!
The 4x4 kit is on backorder from krikke racing and therefor I have not recived it yet!
I hope it will be here soon :):)
