Oil to gas ratio question

I’m running my new motors 25:1 as instructed . When I mix the oil and gas …I was told my oil ratio is too rich . Should I stick to 5 oz to one gallon or make it 3.5 oz to one gallon .

3.2oz per us gallon is 40-1
4oz per us gallon is 32-1
4.3oz per us gallon is 30-1
or metric is 156ml per 5 litres,
i run all my engines at 32-1, thats all my small bores plus my obr twin, i think if you're running a taylor engine mike likes you to run what he quotes on his descriptions fella

edit; over here in the uk our gallon is 4.54 litres and a us gallon is 3.78 litres

Yep and any 5th scale clone or name brand comes with a pamphlet or tag saying 25:1
