So I finally got to do a brake job on my Camaro today . Finally some warmish nice weather. So a few years ago I had put drilled and slotted rotors on the car with new brake pads.. Interestingly it turns out that the brake pads I installed are actually harder that the rotors that I put on . Go figure. So I got to do it all over again to say the least. The old brake pads actually wore the rotors down so that the slots on the back sides were almost gone. I've never seen this happen before.

The ouch part is I hit my ring finger on my left hand 5 f-ing times on my damn finger nail . In the pic it doesn't look to bad. a bit darker. The band aid was to stop the leaking for the blood sacrifice to the car gods.

If your going to do something always do it right . Feels like I slamed it in the car door .

Yup totally agree with you. The rotor on the left is what the back side of all the rotors should look like.
