Hi, I've just got one of these, for ease of cleaning. Thoughts?
Also what tuning adjustments should make as I presume it will breathe easier.
I have a outerwear cover aas well.

Spyder filters work really well in dry dusty climates. Probably not the best in wet muddy conditions. Sean is correct as far as flow...it can clog like any other filter. Spyder also recommends NOT running an outerwear on them.
The upside is you can pull it off and clean it with your compressor by blowing it out and doesn't require oiling.
You can also pull it off and use canned air in the field or tap it and knock off dust build up.
As for tuning, Sean again hits it on the head. Listen to the engine and listen for issues when running.
