I upgraded it all to v4 standards new electronic box in the rear v4 harnest but the truck wont shot off when i hit the switch on channel 3 it works when it wants to random now i tested the signal on the kill switch and the physical kill switch with my tester and i get contenuaty and when i hit the 3rd channel it cuts the signal as it should my only thing left is the ignition coil or fly wheel any one with experience help me thanks
 
Radio...brake endpoints must be 85 % or less, mine is about 80 %. This is with primal factory flysky radio. Does. The actual red button/engine kill switch work properly and does the toggle switch work. If they are working OK then it's your brake servo endpoints for sure.

Yea the switch works when hit light toggles to green when press then to red when pressed again end points are set to defalt 100 on each direction i have not played with it some times works when it wants to ill try the new end points when i get home

the truck starts like it should but i cant shut it off i have to pinch the fuel line for it to shot off
 
So if you press the red kill switch on the engine it will shut off or flip the toggle switch on the frame the motor shuts off.If those are working correctly then l would say it's probably radio settings. Sometimes on these trucks full throttle kills motor too, again it's the endpoints. After adjustments to radio you can make mechanical adjustments to get full brake and throttle.

when the truck is turned on i cant shut it off from the controller or the toggle switch it stays on but im getting good reading from the kill switch and the toggle switch on my meter when testing
 
Hmmm....only other things coming to me are is the wiring from engine to toggle and frame correct. Your saying that the kill button on the engine will shut it off? Also is the electrical, black box, wired to 3rd channel on receiver. It's been a long time since l upgraded to v4 harness but l remember eliminating a spliter at the kill switch box . Don't forget also that no power comes from battery to ignition coil . The electrical kill switch is simply grounding the coil to the frame. Try your endpoints and go from there.
