Good morning . Has anyone had this problem ? Primer bulb stuck . Plus the truck won’t stay running . Had this issue after the first run . It’s stuck in and wont come out .

There's a blockage in the carb somewhere. The purge bulb sucks fuel through the carb to remove the air from it. It possible it's just in the purge block, but unlikely. As it's the last thing that sees fuel before going out the return fitting the blockage could be anything in the carb or before it, including the fuel line and clunk.

Take the carburetor apart get you some carburetor cleaner from an auto parts store and clean as much of the inside as you can blow some air through all the holes check your fuel lines and your clunk for dirt 👍🏾
