Push pull servo arm only for the 5ive-t?

I've been looking for the push pull arm for the 5ive-t but I can only find the arm plus the servo saver. I have a dumpy generic multi hole that just seems out of place, I'm looking for an arm with just 2 holes. Can anyone point me in the direction?

The McD dual servo horn is really nice. When I had a 5ive I used the team hoonage servo saver not sure if they still make

I was looking at the mcd one and it does look nice. The problem with the team hoonage servo saver is that it's v1 specific. The 2.0 they literally just flipped the stuff over.

Agfrc is excellent quality. Also, the holes use 3mm screws. I enlarged them and used a tap to make them 4mm.
