Alright guys. Finally got back on the Raminator today. Wired in the new wire harness Primal was kind enough to send after the first one smoked. I have all functions back on the truck like normal (no smoke this time lol!) But truck will not start. After cranking for like 15 minutes and even changing plugs. I pulled the plug and held its body against the head of the engine while plugged in and gave a few pulls absolutely zero spark. I checked all the basics again. Everything looks good. Even tried switching the Triton engine breaker to reverse vs normal. Nothing. This is with a fully charged 2s lipo powering the truck. Where in the heck do I start?
Before she got parked, would ALWAYS fire in 2 pulls even if it sat for 6 months. Now I am getting nothing. Any help for a guy not versed on these lil two strokes?

Go get a 5 dollar spark plug checker at almost any auto parts store. You will plug your engines plug wire onto 1 end and the other end goes on your plug which is still installed in engine. While your pulling you will clearly see a spark in the checker. So, cycle thru your switches, settings, etc. until you figure where everything needs to be. I kind of ran into this switching from v2 to v4 harness, can't remember for sure but it was the way l had the kill switch wired into the harness...it was either on the wrong channel or because the new harness has a y in it the l had to eliminate. Sorry l can't be more specific but was like 2 years ago. I think we discussed it in one of your original threads and l put a picture of the manual with a arrow pointing at the wiring. If you kinda stare at the manual it will be one of them oh , now l see moments. Let us know what you figure out.

I bought a spark testor and of course it doesn't fit th primal plug or the tiny end of the spark plug. I have an NGK upgraded rubber plug end which is for a normal size plug. I will swap that over and get the proper size plug to fit it...as when I bought the new upgrade from primal...they didnt tell me I needed a new style spark plug lol. It now shows in there video lol.
The V4 harness I have has no voltage plug at all that is stand alone. The charging plug I will remove but should have no impact on this issue. The only Y harness on the throttle channel goes from the Triton into channel 2 (throttle). The Y harnesses is that plug which goes to channel 2 and then has a single white wire which goes into the brake servo. Thus is I pull that out...there will be no signal wire to the brake and throttle servo.
I also just tried removing the red wire from the toggle switch as suggested in the other thread. No joy. Nothing.

Rick l think my issue was l had the yellow wire on 3rd pin on outside instead of first pin on inside next to the channel 3 number. It was a super simple issue. I do believe you can just pull the plug cap, top of ceramic metal part that plug wire /spring contacts to keep stock wire.....just stick new nkg plug in with it removed.

Yeah that isn't my issue. That yellow wire is the signal wire for channel 3 which switches the Triton on and off. The way servo ports work you have a power, ground and signal. Mine ia 100% in the signal port and works as such with the changing of channel 3. Dang it. Was hoping that was it.

About the only thing l can think of is to maybe disconnect the engine from the harness at toggle switch by disconnecting the wire from engine to toggle. Not 100% here but the engine should start because it's out of the system and the red engine kill switch should be the only thing to shut it off. I think the triton is basically just a ground as is the toggle......remember spark is made at engine not from battery or harness if this makes sense . So really you can run engine outside of truck with just fuel. That will at least help narrow it down to where the issue is.......again I think it's just one wire but tough with out being able to see your harness.
