All my pinions are Robinson racing. That size had been discontinued but can still readily fond them on ebay. No issues whatsoever.

Thanks Chapinb! Ordered a Robinson Racing 8212 12T from eBay, unfortunately, there's only 11/12T left. But the 12T should also work if I do in the end switch to bigger 170mm tires.

Anyone have experience with the RC-Monster pinions? The have a nice size range, but their $35 shipping to EU is killing most of the fun on that.

i run rc-monster hardened pinions on my xbe with a hardened spur, no issue just normal wear from use. i run a leopard 58110 730kv on 8s in mine
