Go to yahoo.com and make a different email address and then try to contact him:chinese:

you can play him for the info you need to file a small claims report...that you will have file in the county he lives in.

If you win in small claims... he pays for court costs the cost of the item plus shipping...but you might not get compensated for your travel cost

Thats why I said ......our lessons in life sometimes cost us money....Probably cost you more in travel expenses than the amount you will get in a small claims settlement.

Unless your just out to bring this guy to justice... reguardless of the out of pocket expense you may incur
