Rcmax baja build?

Sò with my sx5 build comming close to finished? im starting to plot a new build project ?
Im really keen to try a (true) big bore build. Detroit performance has a rcmaxx 40 for $1000
slap it in a hpi 5t chassis? any thoughts on this or any other suggestions ??

There's always a return. Even with my build. You don't have to modify (modify as in make 1 off stuff just for it to fit and then no other engine will fit) anything to get it to work,just upgrade the hell out yer drivetrain to handle it, maybe not tho since I think the 40gt is fairly easy on the drive train vs A 71cc and such

There's always a return. Even with my build. Yep they are expensive. I actually don't think you need brps with a 40 tho, I seen people run glued beadlocks on a 71cc rcmax and be fine,

Yep it's drop in theres nothing to mod as far as I'm concerned. It comes with all the bracketing needed, just make sure y get the Baja package ?
