don't use after Run oil, no need.. just get your self a mixing bottle:

fill it up to the 1 litre line with unleaded fuel, then add some of this (or similar):

until the level reaches your desired ratio.. a good ratio is 25:1
Give it a good shake to mix it (don't forget to put the cap back on first
)
then its ready to put into your fuel tank
