has anyone ever tried the redcat pipe that's made for the d/r. it looks different and maybe made a little better than their other one.

Ya I believe it looks better then there mt pro pipe however I hate to bring it to you but that pipe won't even compare to say a dominator or CPI or w.e. I personally would rather use a Hpi high flow can but maybe that's just me

There still aluminum. The aluminum pipes never hold up. I would not recommend it. The performance gain would be comparable to the X-can, but not even close to the tuned pipes.

What about the x can for the mt ?
The X-can improves low end, and it performs better than stock. It also looks better than a boring factory can. If you are after performance the tuned pipes are the only way to go.

I'll pay for a rear tuned pipe when one is made for the DR. $200 for something I need to start chopping the buggy to make it fit, NOT LIKLEY! For that kind of money, I expect it to fit.

I have a X-CAN now, I'll try it out this weekend.

Anything has to be better then the stock whatdoyoucallit!

Happy Halloween!

The slight modifications I personally enjoy doin although, not every time. I find myself feeling better about the project when completed if I didn't just buy something and drop it in.

Most of the time it's the pipe that gets chopped to fit the buggy. :D

I enjoy the custom modifications too. It's cool to have a unique ride that can't be copied. :)
