Thanks about the paint, not to wobbly I bolted the plate instead of the pin and I stuck weather stripping on plate and it holds chassis from sliding really well. How do you like the Ridgid stand for the truck, is it wobbly at all?
Digging the crackle paint btw ?
That's a great idea no more friggin small hardware bouncing off into never-never land somewhere on the floor..Just added a tray to my Ridgid stand. Aluminum cookie tray.
No but kinda curious, got picsBut have you added the spin feature??
I don't know yet never seen the dirt yet. They don't seem bad and they fit nice but when the snow melts I'll find out .Side question is how do you like the duratrax tires? Do you know if they fit the front also without problems? Thanks
Sorry I don't know if they fit the front. No but kinda curious, got pics

The old spin effect would be nice. Nice job, I like it.Gordo i went to home depot. bought a 5/8" steel rod and four 5/8" washers. I cut the upright post 5" down from the bottom of the cross bar.
Then i cut the 5/8 rod to 15.5" and inserted it onto the top pipe. Welded the washer to the pipe
Then the rod to the washer. Then i welded the second washer to the bottom pipe while the rod was inside to keep everything aligned
Gordo: That is exactly what I have been needing! I hope you don't mind if I copy your idea!Just added a tray to my Ridgid stand. Aluminum cookie tray.
