Spent about 4 hours in the shop repairing my 5t body and taping the foams. What a nightmare those projects are. Moved to jconcept chasers for both rigs and they are amazing. They have the same tread pattern as the stock losi 5b wheels but are more aggressive. They performed very well on Sunday besides the ballooning.
Does this body look to be one run old?? Someone tell horizon that lexan and 1/5 scale don’t work together.?

Starting to figure out vehicle graphic designs for the spring and summer racing season. I want both to match and I have a 30north shell for the 5ive t and a grafil g-forza body for the 5ive b. I’ll have to wrap the 5t so I’ll just wrap both. Thinking about doing a digital camo print
then adding a few stickers of the companies I use and a decal with my name underneath the window. Which wrap do you guys like better? It will have those losi yellow wheels. (considering running mcd wheels also but don’t know yet)

I do too my only concern is that from a far it may just look black which I don’t really like. The light colors are easier to spot. Especially when your running with 6 other 5t’s and they all have black 30n shells??
I wish they made 2 with yellow instead of black. Maybe I’ll call them and see if they can print something custom

Had a race event on Sunday. Super muddy, but was a pretty nice day for winter in New York. The 5t took 2nd in 4wd truck and the l5b took 1st in 4wd buggy. My truck wasn’t cooperating all day, no matter what I did the rear kept feeling very unsettled. I think a big issue was the diff oils. Both rigs are running stock diff oils and I know I need to increase them. Anyway both rigs were extremely dirty obviously so I have everything apart to get it all clean. No real need for maintenance though just trying to decide if I want to do the diffs now or not?
also editing the video of the event. It will be more of a highlights video as opposed to a blog style video. Some of you will like that I guess, some of you won’t?
