Can’t you just convert it by buying a standard length Baja chassie

Really? Download a HPI Baja manual have flick through it and see if you fancy giving it a go.

The internet is your friend search and research download the hpi manual. Probably all you need is the standard chassie, Baja throttle linkage and longer fuel line and roll bar. Should be able to capture all this stuff for little to nothing. Plus you will gain the knowledge of working on your own rc.

You'll need a fuel tank for the shorty. Shorty chassis, you don't neccesarily need the cage, then make a throttle linkage. Rovan also sells it kit with the cage, body, chassis, fuel tank, ect. haven't heard anything bad about it tbh
