well to be honest,,i am not really mad at ddm at all.was 2 hrs ago but cooled down,hell ddm gave me a great price on fg 900 with pipe, and great prices on other things and fast shipping.this could have happened to anyone.but seems to happen to me alot. hotel cali says a dark cloud over my head.i don't know sometimes
 
for a tight motor I made a ring compressor. I took a chunk of a dollar store thin cutting board, cut a strip, wrapped around the piston and taped it down tight. it fits in the lower part of the head and then the piston slides easily into the head
 
If you need to mail zenoah you can go second best get in touch with fg in Germany as from next year they will be the official zenoah EU importers for them and know one else
 
well hotel cali and i got the fg up and running again.works fine for now,keep fingers crossed.well after i left his house i came home and after dinner ran her a bit again.found a hole in fuel line.when does it end.please shoot me already!!!!
 
for fuel lines, I hit the hardware store and buy high heat/chemical safe clear tubing. I think $12 got me enough to do about 7 or 8 complete refits

thank you for sending us the pictures. I have forwarded them to our technician and he told me that it's hard to say in this case what was wrong. Some time ago there have been some engines from Zenoah they had a problem with the crankshaft. The jig (pin) inside was too long and has caused some damage. But we are nor sure if this was the problem.
What do you mean with top end you want to buy new? Is it the complete cylinder/piston set with our item no 7385? In case you would like to change these items please make sure that you are cleaning everything as crankshaft, bearings etc. with cleaning solvent because there should be no more swarf inside.
