I have a brand new King motors 34cc and yes I know it's junk but at the very least I would like to get it started.I have adjusted the carb to factory spec so that is all good to go the kill switch is working and I am getting spark. Here is the problem.Every once and a while if I pull the plug to pull on the pull start to un flood the engine it is almost like the engine locks up and I can't pull on the pull start and turn the engine over.I haven't been able to start the engine so I am lost as to what it could be.The primer bulb is showing fuel and it is pulling fuel into the carb.Could the return line being submerged in fuel cause this?Any ideas would be great?

I can tell you that the choke is definitely not the issue I tried both ways with the same result.I can not for the life of me get it to pop at all.Choke on or off and like I said it gets spark and fuel so I have no clue.I am even removing the spark plug to try to spin the motor and nothing it just locks up

It could be if everything is new ,engine carb, an is set at factory ,then it is posable that it is a tank pressure issue that is forcing
too much fuel into the engine!

Make sure your carb gaskets arent blocking ports on carb, secondly make sure gap is correct between coil and flywheel, use business card in between flywheel and coil to get correct gap. I have a had a weak coil from rovan engine before, replace if you have a weak spark. If it floods, replace spark plug with fresh plug, run throttle wide open and pull start, make take several times to clear if flooded.

does it say rofun on the motor?
Mine was the Rofun 36cc I got from banggood. They said it came with walbro 1107. I took it off and it’s a wt1191?
It specs the same, been over this in a different thread. The 1191 was made for rovan, the 1107 was made for zenoah. If you do get a new carb, I'd take the old one off your hands to have a look at it. See what I can find.

Its gotta be flooded to heck at this point. If theres nothing loose internally the only way it can lock up is from being hydro locked. That's a lot of raw fuel, that should be evident. Heck you ought to be able to hear it sloshing around if it that full. Pop that darn carb off set the piston to top dead center, the intake should be wide open dump it out. Then go about trying to fire it with out the carb in place. Now for testing purposes grab your 1107 and bolt it on the no fun. Set needles to base settings and see if it will attempt to fire.... I also agree to check your coil, but I'm sure you said you checked spark and had decent spark, so I doubt that's an issue.

I have X2 1191 just put one on my losi and since day one my sx5 has had the 1191 with 0 issues ???

I tried starting it again today and it isn't fuel it is something mechanical.I am thinking a carb or exhaust bolt is too long and the piston is hanging on it.I mean it is like the motor is seized. The motor hasn't even fired up so it can't be that. The carb and plug were off the motor today and the piston is dry and it still will not budge?
