I'm not sure where your talking about. But have you tried taking a dremel with a cutting wheel and putting a slot in it so a flat head screwdriver will fit in it? It works like a charm

Just use a drill bit the same size as the Bolt and drill into the stripped hole until the head pops off. Then remove the rest of the Bolt with pliers and replace with a new one? I've done this tons of times

The bolt is below the surface , so heat and reverse drill bit and heat wood prolly be my last hope jeeeeeeeze !!!
My project is to put in these mega torque gears , undo the drive shaft so I can split the trany , isn't this the correct way ?

Unbelievable ! Turns out this stripped Allen wasn't a Allan at all , it's some kind of plug opposite side of the driveling connect from the big nut that goes threw the joint , does anyone know what this is for , or if it's even needed it's just pressed in and it's not listed on parts list , it's number kv3390 but isn't listed on the parts list?

Are you talking about these?

The two that are right next to the different last two back, it's a screw on one side and a plug on the other , what's the plug for , wondering if I can just fill it with call or something , the darn thing isn't listed
And sorry , I have no idea how to post pictures or I would

One is smaller then the other your suppose to take out smaller side first then bigger one. They screw into each other so they just don't fly out while spinning so fast and vibration. Ive broken one and left just the bigger side and and never had a problem. Usually the best way to get them out is to always heat them up way easier.

For pics just hit attach file on bottom left hand side of reply box and hit camera if your doing it with your phone its simple
