Hi mate...U can get screw extractor from most hardware and some other traders...or on the net...Use the small size and at very slow speed on reverse..it should grab screws and unscew em with ease...

try a dremel tool with a thin cut off wheel. cut a slot just deep enuff to use a flat head screwdriver. then you can back them out to replace them

I use three bands one on the outside, one on the inside, and one down the center. If you have the wide stuff you can get away with running one on the outside, inside and then heating them to stick.
If you heat the duct tape with a hair dryer it will sticky weld itself together.

I used to use reinforced packing/boxing tape on my nitro racing trucks in the same configuration as BTB stated. The tape I used was 1" wide. Never had a foam or tire come apart after that.
