gizmomotors.com Scroll down left side bar and find Tiger King, Open Right there on top left corner is what I think I am going to buy for new on road baja project. I got pump figgered out and a call to heat exchanger shop and I can have a cool-aid pumper , small , lite and great RPM out of box but can go way higher.....

And this: micropumps.co.uk - look under standard liquid pumps and then find M510 series , This is the key part of the build.

Well that was helpful . I'll try again. Are you build a liquid cooled car or is this going in a boat .
I never could figger where the tires go on a boat....Lol
damn those are cool!
YEA right ! they come with a control to vari flow rate or not use control and let it rip! Very low watt so powering is a walk in park , Nice volt range

The M410 has built in control and 6vt run

I just found out I can run the M510 pump with a micro speed control from a brushless drone, Then I can use a extra channel on my TX to control the flow rate on the fly. Plus If I use the temp sensor that came with my radio set the rx can send back coolant temps in real time to my TX LCD screen and then adjust coolant flow right there in hand and never bring car in for a temp reading or flow adjustment. How cool is that !!!!!!!

Thats sick!

I would think once you get your flow set it would be a done deal. Kinda like an electric pump on a fuel system. When you've hit the required flow to maintain temp you should be set. Although it will be nice to have the coolant temp feedback on your radio?

I think I can machine up a aluminum cylinder with a spring loaded o-ring piston and put it in system for a expansion tank so when it warms up it will displace the piston in cylinder and keep system air bubble free and no need for a piss over tank. also I can drill and tap in a nipple at base of cylinder into water jacket and one in top of head jacket and hook the two together with clear hi temp tubing to use as a sight gauge for at a glance coolant level checks..........

I could mix in the pump channel to the throttle channel so it would vary with engine RPM just like a dirt bike engine water pump and sub trim up a little on return to keep the pump in low-med flow during idle and braking
What are you using for a radiator/heat exchanger ?
I know a shop that makes both and will call to find out what kind of BTUs I'm trying to sink off and ask them what type might work best to start out with. They are not CPU crap , Real deal
