Got out the spare set of gears?? topped up the diff oil (5k) and a new set of bearings for the idler gear??took some pics

Cast and not milled and you can just tell they'll be soft ?‍ the hole in the rears where the pin goes through ? hole dose not line up 100% ?‍ 98%? has a Grove for an o ring but didnt come with any........

I got the rovan clipless 1” on my hpi baja. The fit and work great. Had them almost 2 years on it. Its the clipless ones with the screw.

Where's the screw that goes in the end of the axle against the pin Doug? Should have been loctited in there with a minimum blue loctite.

@1Coopgt the pin on these extenders is a grub screw and was in with loctite ?? even if i had the cap screw in there it would have ment nothing coz.?both ends of the pin where still there.? the center piece disintegrated ?‍???‍

Why not just drill those dumbass threads out, put a normal strong pin in, and use the grub screw in the stub axle to secure it like every other hex hub?? I don't see how the hexes are the problem in this case.
