Bagged a used like new upgrade for the beater ??? a set of Phatdad cups and bones ?? and a bunch of spare pins?
My M8 Scott sold them to me for $39USD??????? what a legend ?
Rebuilt my TR case at his ?? so half the job is done ......stuck in 20k oil

So I rebuilt my tr diff with the phatdad cups?? and I grabbed a spare hpi ring gear (came out of the blown transmission form last year) and it has a small ding in the one tooth....only that one?? I have a spare gear in the bits car. Now what y guys think? is it ok or do I swap it out?

i would get a toothbrush and brake cleaner and give the gear a thorough clean out to make sure there wernt any chips hiding in the grease though,

Started preparing to swap over to phatdad drives?? got a set of hostile boots ?? got a pair of modded tweezers to get the boots on?? used some red loctite ??

Hey Doug, do those irc diff housings come with their own shape gasket or are they same as stock shape? Getting really annoyed over here as my stock diff keeps leaking without any use. It's drained itself twice so far sitting on the shelf. New Rovan gasket if that even means anything.

Check the shaft seals and bearings, they could be feked. Mine were when the bearing disintegrated
