Hey doug,

Great hack. Thanks for sharing.

Will you mind posting a picture of the left side of your buggy to see how the pipe end looks?

Will appreciate it very much.

Fanfastic!
Are you having any issues with the oily exhaust gasses ending on your pull starter filter or under the chassis, causing dirt accumulation?

BTW, nice buggy...?

My pipe type can be defined as being between a muffler and a tune pipe. It’s not peaky and makes the engine be more linear throughout the band. It isn’t loud.

In regards to my question, I didn’t make me clear enough. What I meant was, if the combustion exhaust oily gasses coming from the pipe tip which is pointing down, gets on the bottom of the chassis and pull start filter while you’re running the buggy, that will cause dirt to adhere to the oily residue if it gets on the bottom and pull start filter of your buggy.

Can't say I get to much oil spatter ? I have the motor tuned at as lean as I can (still on the safe side) so most of the fuel gets burnt. Maybe you should re tune your car a bit??
This was the outerwears that just came off this rig?? got abused good and propper?? no oil that i could see?
