That's the way it's been for quite a long time. When I designed jewelry, i made mockup/prototype and then we sent it to China to be made......Ermm.
Of course they stole the design and sold it,causing us to get a cease and desist + lawsuit from DKNY.??
And this was in the 90's.
Now it's all about how little corps can pay to have products made. In the USA we know who to blame,mofo's sold out the country - Frigging disgrace!!.

It has to say made in usa with global parts or assembled in USA worh foreign materials. Very few thing can claim genuine made 100% in usa, with 100% usa materials
