Hi guys
Thought it be a good idea to start a topic with tips for our largescales, im sure between us all we have many tips to share, so i'll start it off with a couple!
I have an FG but these tips might work with others too..
Stock Brakes
Replace the small piece of petrol fuel tubing that is used for the cushion with Nitro fuel tubing, its much softer & makes your stock brakes more responsive.
Air Filter
When applying oil to air filter, i found the easiest (less messy!) way is to pop the air filter foam into a sandwich bag (or similar) then put a few drops of filter oil (i use Tornado filter oil) into the same bag then just squeeze/squash the bag around with the filter & oil inside, this spreads the oil all around your air filter. End result, oil free hands, fully lubed filter!
Rear Anti-Roll Bar (FG Monsters only: MB Pro/MT/ST etc)
A common problem i often hear is that there Monster's suspension is too stiff, Now this is hit & miss, for some its worked wonders, for others... no change. The rear anti-roll bar can limit the rear suspension making it stiff which effects the whole stability of your monster, especially when turning. Removing this can help ALOT, for my self & others it made our monster handle 100% better!
oki over to you guys!
