For what we need with rc just need a small butane hobbie torch that uses aerosol can refil. Mine is a smiths mini torch use co2 + propane

I have a little pro torch just butane but it gets everything (RC wise) hot enough to get a stuck screw out... thin knit was around $80.00 from the snap-on guy

I'll check that out. Was it one of these? https://store.snapon.com/Miniature-Butane-Soldering-Torches-C681479.aspx it's affordable for me and it's snap on so should be quality

What are some must have tools? I have the stuff that came with the 5t but im thinking there has to be more than that. Do I need a torque wrench? If so is there a torque wrench specific for RC or is it the same one used on automotive stuff?

I use the Pittsburgh 1/4 in. Drive Click Type Inch Pound Torque Wrench (see picture attached).
Your biggest problem you will come across is stripped bolt heads, you must matchup the bolt head sizes with cobalt drills and easy outs.
A small Butane Torch is a must. I feel the best quality tools are from GRANGER.com
I am just touching the surface when it comes to tools.

Torque wrench wouldnt be necessary cuz your not building engines I'm assuming. I would get a rachet set, extensions for the rachet set, the ddm tool set http://www.davesmotors.com/complete...-ball-end-with-handles-and-socket-holder.html

Righteous tip on that DDM set! I was looking for something like that set.....
