Toyan FSL200 engine - starting problem

Hi, my son is keen on building stuff. He bought this Toyan FSL 200and cannot get it to start.

I know next to nothing about this stuff so can’t help.

Is it a fuel problem?
Try putting a couple drops in the carburetor. It’s a little hard to tell in the video, but I’m not sure if I see fuel in that line.

There is fuel, it can drip out of carburettor.. I tried putting some inside too, didn’t change much. We were wondering if it’s the glow plugs? They don’t seem to get hot at all

For a nitro engine to start the glow plug needs to have a nice glow to it. If the coils glow is faint it will never start up.

Mine runs best on VP Racing YS 20/20 fuel. I use OS F plugs and 2 glow drivers. Make sure it is timed correctly.
