I keep breaking the universal drive dog bones, actually they have been breaking at the cv joint at the wheels. If I change to the slotted drive axles and use regular dog bones, wondering if this will solve my problems.

Once I switched my cvds out for dogbones and axles haven't had an issue since. I changed both my dune runner and mt over to dogbones and like it a lot more

Ya hope you get it fixed. Deluge is running moo cups I seen one one of his posts. What was good about those and are they still available do you know. Trying to make my redcats as durable as possible

Just by toobing the diff cups and also the axles and then boots with grease? Oh and also the MCD EVO 2 dogbones should make the redcats quite durable. Would a more hardened version of the baja axles be better as well? I'm asking cause my dune runners cups get eaten up a lot I don't know if it is the fast I have not used axle boots yet or what

Going to call Large Scale RC today to see if they have any ideas. Want to get the right length dog bones. If I am looking a tthe manual right they show a 133mm dog bone. The one on my truck is I believe 157mm. Any ideas???

Direct fit on the mt correct ? What drives axles fit with these bones ?
Yes those fit. You still use the Redcat cups. If you sleeve your cups they become much stronger.

I plan on skeeving as soon as I get a welder to just tack em on. What would be a good welder to get for modding pipes??? I heard a tig welder but I like wire feed and I suck at welding
