v24 header problem

Hey guys,

The v24 that I have developed a crack on the header (from what I have been reading a very common problem), What I am wondering is what is the solution. It dosent appear that aquacraft has come up with a new header, so I am guessing that ordering a new one will just result in the same type of issue.

Any Ideas here, she is a great boat despite this issue, I would just like to find a way to resolve it.

What type of motor is guys? it's not because it's running hot and your developing hot spots in the head is it? thats why it's cracking?

its a fuji and yes appears the header is heat cracking....not very good cooling....I will try to post a pic soon!

Well how about trying to attach cooling fin's to it, like on a computer CPU or an XCAN??

Theres a thought, would an XPORT fit? Maybe the tiny tiny one??
