Some call them 'eyelashes', some call them 'strakes' around the headlamps.
Lamborghini were probably the first to make this 'trendy'.
Now some sad persons use cable ties to make their Beetle or Fiat 500 look 'cute'.

FYI, if you didn't know, you could say 'NO, I'm modelling the (more exclusive) SV' which didn't have the eyelashes.
