Velocity stack+tgn filter

Hi guys, I’ve just got the ddm 1” velocity stack with the tgn clearance filter but doesn’t but all the way up, but sits tight once the jubilee is done up. Just doesn’t look right to me anyone had this or is this way it’s meant to be?

Yea it's sitting where it should, I have one on my baja and I too questioned it.
