Cold, wet, windy St Helens, U.K.
I've a FG Monster with normal G260RC to which I've fitted a DDM high end Dominator and a K&N type air filter.
With the 603 is was fine on 1.25 ish, 1.35 ish for the Low and High needle settings, but with the 813 I seem to have to set lower to lower the smokey exhaust, and limit the popping. 1.2, 1.2 seems fine.
Is this typical?
Are the 813 needles larger - excuse my ignorance? !!

The engine's running VERY well. Can't stop the wheels spinning, particularly in the wet, on tarmac, and grass. I'll get used to 'large 2WD' I suppose!!

I've read a previous post of setting carburettors, by warming up, setting low, then setting high when holding, aiming for maximum revs., not prolonged, then unscrewing a little. I think I'm still on the rich side, but DO NOT want to blow the engine, so didn't do too much of the high end setting up!!
