Keep cans sealed and out of direct sunlight. The fuel will last until you are ready to use it. No reason to get rid of it. It will keep fresh until ready to use if not opened.
 
Some hot rod guys use it in their cars. You might see about somebody with a hotrod that could use it. No reason the just waste it.
 
Don't add it to your dads car. You are going to need to find an alternative container for the fuel to get rid of it. Auto parts stores are required to take used oil , antifreeze and hopefully fuel. You are going to need to call around and see who will take it ( gas stasions , auto parts stores) . First mistake never mix more fuel than you are going to use. Good luck

Ok. I'll see about that. I only mixed that much was cuase one was e85 l, one was gasoline (to purge e85), and I foolishly thought my Engine would run after a couple trys. Which was not the case lol
