What DBXL parts are interchangeable with Losi MTXL?

Just picked up a used MTXL and needs a little TLC... What parts Like shock rebuild kits, Diffs and so on are the same as the DBXL and interchangeable? What is a good 34cc engine without breaking the bank? Thanks for any help.

They share 80 ish % of parts, 34cc I'd go with the obr engine.
