I saw on the Oneillbrothers website a Reed kit. It rotates the carb a few degrees. What is the benefit of it? Changing timing or what?

Also....if you are a throttle blipper like a lot of us are....you can potentially flood your engine......making it a female dog to restart.
A decent tuned pipe normally gives a wicked power band......adding a reed kit+ a reed ported top end will amplify the power band to somewhat ridiculous proportions.
So I can better stick to my stock carb with a Reed kit and a DDM pipe to gain more power?
Thanks Rossco, I think I buy that kit soon.
