What temps are your servos at?

Rep I had the blue hilly as my throttle/brake servo and after 5-10 min of running it would stop working due to overheating because of the pipe right above it.

The stock losi throttle/brake servo works great under heat. For steering I am running the AGFRC and it works absolutely fantastic.

I believe the hilly is just very sensitive to heat. Honestly Rep you spent tons on your car and you have really nice parts on it. Just buy a agfrc servo and be done with it man. Sure it is $250 but you will not regret it at all. It is Fast, quiet and extremely strong. Absolutely no glitches or weird noises.

@niz55 I did but I've had it for over a month and I ground down the web on the edges of the case to use servo clamps. I did send detroit rc a message to see what he has to say about the overheating as I can't send hilly a message as their contact link doesn't work. Atleast he's aware of people having overheating issues.

To update and put this to bed I reached out to John at Detroit performance and he had no problem exchanging the servo for the agfrc servo. I would assume I'm getting the 95kg model, my worry is it does come in a bit under the hilly 8500 and I really don't want to go down in torque, I swe they offer a 100kg one but it appears he doesn't stock that one.

I also installed a 40mm fan in front of the servo prior to speaking to John and I was able to keep the temp to 85 degrees Fahrenheit so not too bad and it doesn't eat the battery

The AGFRC definitely has more torque. You won't be disappointed. It is a very nice servo.

Just don't lose the servo horn screw it comes with. It is 3.5mm size.

Yes sir. Also how quiet it is compare to the previous one you had. Everything about it is beefy. Even the wiring is heavy dudy.
