Im sure you guys remember my tragic accident at the cemetery, when my rig snapped the shock end in two. I tried recording and driving and the results weren't good. So since I use my rc's nearly every day I couldn't wait for parts to come in the post. I decided to glue it back together with Gorrila crazy glue. I still ordered the parts so figured if I get a bash or two out of it im mint. Its now been what feels like 2 months, and ive run about 1-1/2 gallons through it and its still holding. I never in a million years would've guessed crazy glue, in such a high stress area, would have a chance, but its remarkably resilient. Ive bashed it just as hard, done plenty of tumbles, and it doesn't even look fatigued. I wonder if a chemical reaction actually fused the 2 bits back together like welding does. Any of you know if thats how it works?Anywho, just a long winded way of saying cut Z some slack on unique style of wrenching. He might suprise us all some day.??

Picks of the Z hack or it didn't happen.
Everyone says I'm a hack but here's proof it works, so ????????? the rest of you who doubt me an my hacks ??????

Umm ahhhh ummmm nooooo yeahhhh nooo Yup your a hack. I've seen you do things that no Engineer would even think to try. Z when you grow up become an Engineer so you can do it right you've got an inventive mind . :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Its just a glued joint with clear glue but ok. 15951492841166426912439352930634.webp
People pick on Z but ive seen some rather clever poop come out of his rc room. The adjustable timing on his big bore was clever. Completely over complex and rough looking, but clever as all hell.? stick to glue Z, the success rate seems higher??
That just means I'm a better engineer than them ???
Actually its the exact opposite. Engineers are some smart cookies, ive worked with a bunch in construction. Biggest problem they face though is what they put on paper just doesn't work in the real world sometimes. Its a problem as old as the field has existed id imagine. Thats why the best engineers have real world experience, building what they design. Not to crap on the field if any engineers are in here. Just something I and many others have noticed over the years. Z, I think your still in that category. You have cool ideas, they work flawlessly in your head, but the real world has smacked a few of them down to size.

Funny story on engineering failures. If any of you go to Manhattan you will see a very tall, but very thin building down on the lower west side. In the 40's i think. Every 10th floor had to be gutted including the windows to let wind pass through. The building swayed so bad you needed to bolt poop down on a windy day. Im not sure if it had structural deficiencies as well, but some engineer lost his job, and a firm got sued into oblivion. I think they lost 6 floors of income in one of the hottest buildings in town.??‍♂️?‍♂️
