Which radio transmitter for new 5ive should I get? Any input?

One day I'll have the PK, what's the benefits over the 4PL??
I operate my Remote one handed due to paralysis in my right arm.... CAN anyone tell me if it's hard to throttle and steer one handed with the Futaba 4PL?

I just picked up a 4PKS and so far I'm very happy with it. Not sure about operating with one hand, I would think a radio with a drop down wheel would be the ticket for one handed operation..

The 4pks has alot more setup settings, longer battery life, faster and longer signal range,
Also may be a benefit for you it has a drop down wheel and the 4kps can be changed to suit left or right handed users
