Honestly the only reason I have for running klotz is that's what we had to run in my dads race boat. Methonal doesn't mix with a lot of oils. It worked and I've not really used much else. Had a fling with stihl hp ultra, but at $70.00 a gallon and the way it stank just wasnt cutting it for me.

@Z.hb71 why were you less then impressed? Did something happened to your engine?
Smokeless is difficult to tune for me . Also my (rovan) engine practically had ZERO compression after less than 6 months but it's hard to say if that was the oil, or the cylinder skirt disintegrating inside the engine or both. Not s big deal cuz that engine was poop anyways but I don't trust the cheapy oil anymore

What oil do you use Z?

Well you started off on the wrong foot with rovan lol. And can't blame oil when your running a knockoff engine
Talking to me lol? That rovan engine wasn't too bad. I polished and partly ported it. Used super tech oil in it and it had more power then any rovan had any buisness having. Still works good but I wanted big boy power.

Didn't want anyone to confuse the engine I was talking about with my last engine (obr 30.5) I was running earlier this year. I wasnt directly blaming the oil for it loosing compression but I wouldn't be surprised if it was the cause, that stuff is extremely thin and watery .
