Sooo, finally cut out some time yesterday to spend the day with the new 5ive T. Prepped, started, broke in, and run (till a wheel fell off…no damage and lesson learned, lol!) ALOT of fun! Eye opening as to the speed and turn radius. Since I’m waiting for the new wheel lock nuts to arrive and everything working, I decided to install the Olimat pipe and Bartilone intake, both went fine.

Now the NOOB question: Know I have to oil the new dome intake filter, so do I need to oil both the inner and outer dome, or just one or the other? Thanks in advance for your patience!
 
I generally oil both filters for added insurance, I personally like the maxima filer oil as it's extremely tacky when it sets up. Not sure if you know but pour some of the oil In a zip lock and knead the oil through the filters then squeeze the excess out with a paper towel.1000009718.webp
