zenoha 26cc locked? please help

its not my week, been out with my fg leopard and its cut out, she ran fine for 10 minutes and just stoped, i was on a big open field so i was giving it full power, ive removed pull cord and thats fine, ive taken off engine covers to see if coil has come lose locking up agaist the fan and its ok, so engine is now locked does move about half inch each way when turning crank by hand. any ideas???? need help with this cheers:(
 
sounds abit moody like the little c clips that hold the piston in place may have come out and jammed things up strip it down mate only way all will become clear then but its not sounding to good
 
Check clutch see if bolts holding shoes come loose and jam/twisted clutch..........happened to me just before last race meeting this year

you never know it could be ok id get on it strip it down worse case rebuild new head ect best case its not destroyed it put back together and your using it tommorrow i couldn't have my car sitting there not knowing the problem

and how much you got or not as this time of year does that to ya

was you happy with what power you had or wanted more if so go for it
 
i run a 23 oddie with red race kit vrc pipe full alloy beetle @6hp+ and i love it more than enough for me

if you could afford one id highly recomend them id love to try a 26cc red top a easy 6hp+ race proven reliable engine @£460 it would be the last engine you buy

try lookin on ebay some second hand ones pop up now and then mine came from ebay turned out after contacting oddified it was ians own engine built for himself in 2006 its meant for on road but works well in the bug
 
don't really want to spend that much mate being honest, ive looked on ebay at big bore kits and theres a few, are these good quality? rossmods want £70 odd pound but the baja shop as one for £40 odd pound, will these be ok?
 
wagon on here got a race ported 27cc oneil brothers headkit from somewhere on ebay @90 i think,and that shoves his 4wd mcd ultimate without any trouble and its only on its second full tank since being put in and its opening up more the whole time

if not that then id go with the ross mods one for @70 to be honest how good is any headkit for @40 going to be and if you go with the cheaper one then don't like it or it don't perform/last well
 
ive removed head and found problem:mad:theres a piece missing out of bottom of piston the size if a penny, theres bits of metel all over engine and deep scores in cylinder, full rebuild needed:lol:
 
sounds like the only thing you,ll save is the casings and flywheel i had a simler thing happen to my motor, i went for a 30.5 kit that came with a new crank and all the gaskets for £50 and the bearings and seals another £18.
