Recently acquired a UFC synthesis chassis to do a hybrid build. Will be paired with a Alx 85. Going semi simple on this build, using mostly stock losi parts where needed.

That's a breather vent incase the stock vented cap blocks

It's a ball and spring style check valve, instead of the plastic and rubber flap style of the stock cap. It should be fine unless it gets dirt and grit jammed into it during flips or running upside down

Yea I know that, this is just a fuel filter though. No check valve etc

Good eye, I just saw it and assumed it was the valve, my bad
I see it now, I didn't get the first pick the first time I posted, it's clear now

We run the hard ones like that on some of our dragsters with no problems. Not sure about the felt ones with dirt present.

Well she's almost done, waiting on bumpers, and need to find a bebop hybrid wheelie bar. Whole kit needed alot of work to make everything come together. But I'm pleased with how it came out.

This beast is officially done, will likely need the wheelie bar mounted to the bumper another way, but for now I'm running it. I know I didn't show everything but "done" pictures, but this build has needed alot of rework on things to get everything to fit.

Ordered a bunch more parts for this, if it works out like I hope it will be a one off hybrid. Very excited to see what it becomes.

Here she sits, vesla arms are on and perfect. Now just need to figure out rear dogbones. Has tons of ground clearance.

@John Parks you can’t just use the Vesla bones and cups?
