So, you Kno when you see anodize aluminum, it is dull and doesn't look that good (some might be satisfied with it), so what I did was I took said de anodized part and hit it with a couple rounds of this 
Then after it looks kind of shiny and is super smooth I did a couple rounds of this
and this is the end product, looks super super good, it isn't a mirror finish but to me it looks better than a mirror finish
and when the light hits it nice and goodlike you can see a little sparkle. I know the polish and compound are for cars paint and not raw aluminum but it's just what I had lying around and clearly it works good. This is my fuel tank guard, it adds some pop to my truck, I think I want this finish on all my raw alu parts lol 
Got to take those orange shock Sox off, doesn't go with anything and looks redicullous
